- The screen. AMOLED and OLED screens are brighter and have better contrast, while color TFT and IPS screens are more economical. A larger screen is more convenient for reading notifications and workout data.
- Health features. Steps, heart rate, calories, and sleep are standard on almost all models. Newer bracelets also measure blood oxygen, stress levels, and have modes for different sports.
- Notifications. The bracelet shows calls and messages from the phone and can vibrate like an alarm clock without waking others in the room.
- The battery. Most bracelets last from one to two weeks on a single charge, making them convenient if you don't want to think about charging every night.
