Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB Tempered Glass Black Mid-Tower ATX - CC-9011230-WW

The Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB is a mid-tower case for ATX configurations, aimed at serious gaming and enthusiast builds. The tempered glass and RGB visuals make it a logical choice if you want to show off your hardware without sacrificing airflow. You get support for ATX, mATX, and Mini ITX motherboards, plus long graphics cards up to 400 mm and CPU coolers up to 170 mm. The case comes with 3 included fans and serious potential for additional cooling and water radiators up to 360 mm.

What you get

The idea here is space and airflow: you have positions for up to 3 x 120 / 140 mm fans at the front, 3 x 120 mm on the side, another 3 x 120 / 140 mm on top, and 1 x 120 mm at the rear. This gives you the freedom to configure the case for a high-airflow build or a quieter profile with fewer, but larger, fans. Support for water cooling with a radiator up to 360 mm allows you to seamlessly integrate an AIO for a more powerful CPU, without wondering where to place it. With up to 2 x 3.5" and 4 x 2.5" drive bays, you have enough space for a combination of an SSD for the system and fast games, plus large HDDs for archives and media. The I/O panel with 1 x USB 3.1 Type-C, 4 x USB 3.0, and a combined audio in/out gives you convenient access to fast ports directly from the front, without extensions or hubs.

• Classic Middle Tower form factor with support for ATX, mATX, and Mini ITX motherboards, suitable for most gaming and work configurations.
• The tempered glass on the panel provides a clear view of the interior and RGB components, while being more durable than ordinary glass.
• Rich cooling options: 3 x 120 / 140 mm at the front, 3 x 120 mm on the side, 3 x 120 / 140 mm on top, and 1 x 120 mm at the rear, allowing for very flexible airflow configurations.
• 3 fans are included, so you can start your build with meaningful base airflow right out of the box.
• Support for water cooling with a radiator up to 360 mm, suitable for higher-end CPUs and quieter systems.
• Compatibility with graphics cards up to 400 mm and CPU coolers up to 170 mm, which covers most high-end GPUs and most air coolers.
• A total of 2 x 3.5" and 4 x 2.5" drive bays, sufficient for a combination of large storage and fast SSD drives.
• 9 expansion slots, which allows for multi-GPU scenarios or additional cards (sound, capture, controllers) without worrying about space.
• I/O panel with 1 x USB 3.1 Type-C, 4 x USB 3.0, and audio in/out for easy access to fast connections and headphones from the front.
• The power supply unit is mounted at the bottom, supporting PSUs up to 250 mm, which helps with better cable management and center of gravity.

Who it is suitable for

This case is suitable if you are planning a more serious gaming or workstation build with a large graphics card, good cooling, and a clean internal look. It fits if you want to switch to water cooling or already have a large 360 mm AIO. It is not the most logical choice if you are aiming for a maximally budget, small, or clean windowless build.

The most impressive combination is the spacious interior, aggressive cooling capabilities, and tempered glass that showcases all of this. If you want a case that can handle serious hardware and look good on the desk, the Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB provides exactly that foundation.
