Monitor Philips Evnia 27M2N8500, 26.5" QD-OLED, 2560x1440@360Hz, 0.03ms GtG, Adaptive Sync, FlickerFree, LowBlue Mode, 5Wx2, 2xHDMI, DP, USB hub - 27M2N8500/00

The Philips Evnia 27M2N8500 is a 26.5" gaming monitor that plays in the high-end league – focused on maximally smooth visuals and low latency. The combination of 2560 x 1440 resolution and 360Hz refresh rate makes it a serious choice for competitive gaming, where every frame matters. The OLED panel gives you deep black and an impressive static contrast of 1500000:1, so dark scenes in games and movies look realistic, not grayish. The 26.5" size and 16:9 format are the golden mean for a desk setup, where you want both high detail and a comfortable field of view.

What you actually get: with a 0.03 ms response time and 360Hz refresh rate, motion blur is minimal, which is a huge plus in fast shooters and eSports titles. The 1440p resolution on a 26.5" screen with a 0.2292 x 0.2292 mm pixel pitch provides a very clean image – text is sharp, interfaces are clear, and you can comfortably work, not just play. The Anti-Glare coating helps against reflections from lighting/windows, so the colors and contrast of the OLED panel remain usable even during the day. The wide 178° viewing angles mean that the picture does not fade if you are not sitting exactly in the middle – convenient for a shared screen or a second person next to you.

• 26.5" diagonal and 16:9 format provide a balanced size – large enough for immersion in games, but compact for a standard desk.
• 2560 x 1440 resolution with 0.2292 x 0.2292 mm pixel pitch ensures very good detail for gaming, work, and multimedia.
• OLED matrix with OLED backlight and static contrast 1500000:1 delivers deep black and strongly expressed dark scenes.
• 360Hz refresh rate and 0.03 ms response time reduce blurring and make movements very smooth – a plus for competitive gaming.
• Anti-Glare coating and 178° viewing angles maintain good visibility and colors in various positions and under side lighting.
• A flat screen with tilt -5 – 20° allows you to adjust the angle so that it is comfortable for long sessions in front of the monitor.
• Type “Gaming” from PHILIPS with a 36 months warranty gives you peace of mind for long-term use.
• Mega Infinity DCR dynamic contrast further improves the perception of very dark and very bright scenes.

This monitor is suitable if you play serious competitive titles and want a maximally high refresh rate at 1440p, without moving to a larger diagonal. It is also a good option if you want OLED contrast for movies and dark games, but prefer the classic 16:9 format. It is not the optimal choice if you prefer huge 32"+ panels or if you are looking for a strictly budget monitor for office work.

The strongest side of this model is the combination of OLED, 360Hz, and 1440p in a relatively compact 26.5" format – a setup that is equally meaningful for serious gaming and daily use.
