CPU Cooler Chieftec Iceberg 240 RGB 240mm AIO Water Cooler

Chieftec Iceberg 240 RGB is a 240mm AIO water cooler that is a good solution for mid-range and more serious gaming and workstation configurations. With a 240 mm radiator and two 120 mm fans, you get noticeably better cooling than a typical lower-class air cooler, which is important at higher frequencies and long loads. The RGB lighting also adds a bit of flair if you care about a transparent side panel. And most importantly – it is compatible with a wide range of CPU sockets, including current platforms.

What you get

The 240 mm radiator provides a larger surface area for heat dissipation compared to a 120 mm AIO or standard cooler, helping to keep CPU temperatures lower during prolonged gaming or rendering. The two 120 x 120 x 25 mm fans provide stable airflow through the radiator without needing to spin at absurdly high RPMs. Support for sockets like AM4, AM5, LGA 1700, and LGA 1851 means you can use it when upgrading to a new generation CPU without changing the cooling. This makes the Iceberg 240 RGB a more long-term investment for your case.

• AIO water cooling that transfers heat from the processor to the 240 mm radiator for more efficient dissipation compared to basic air coolers.
• Radiator size 240 mm, suitable for mid-tower cases and a balanced option between performance and compatibility.
• Two fans sized 120 x 120 x 25 mm, providing good airflow through the radiator and even cooling.
• Wide compatibility with Intel sockets like LGA 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, LGA 1700, LGA 1851, allowing use with multiple generations of processors.
• Support for AMD platforms AM4, AM5, AM3+, AM3, AM2, AM2+, FM1, FM2, FM2+, covering a large part of gaming and workstation Ryzen and older systems.
• Compact 120 mm fan format that fits in most modern cases with space for a 240 mm radiator at the front or top.
• RGB design of the cooler that contributes to a more finished look if you have a transparent panel and other lighting in the system.

Who it is suitable for

This AIO is suitable if you are building a mid to high-end gaming or workstation machine and want better temperature control than a standard stock cooler. It is a good choice for reasonable overclocking or simply for a quieter system during long gaming sessions. If you are aiming for extreme overclocking or have a massive high-end CPU with many cores, you might want to look at a larger 360 mm option.

The combination of a 240 mm radiator, universal compatibility with almost all current sockets, and 120 mm fans makes the Chieftec Iceberg 240 RGB a practical and flexible choice for a modern configuration where you care about both cooling and aesthetics.
