What exactly will Nod.ai contribute after joining AMD's arsenal? The company is widely known for its high-performance machine learning distribution mechanism, which it calls "SHARK". The automation software eliminates the need for manual optimizations and helps with the "rapid" deployment of AI models, which will ultimately help AMD upgrade its future and existing products with CDNA, XDNA, RDNA, and ZEN architectures.
Although the official amount for the acquisition has not yet been disclosed, it will come to light once the deal is finalized.
