How to choose

• Power the risers with the appropriate cables from the power supply – do not use SATA adapters with powerful cards.
• Do not overload a single power cable with too many cards and risers.
• PCI Express x1 risers limit data speed, which does not matter for mining but can slow down gaming and rendering.
• Ensure good ventilation, as several cards in one place generate a lot of heat.
• Calculate the electricity costs before starting – they are often more important than the hardware price.
