ASUS ZenWiFi BD4 White AX3600 Whole-Home Mesh WiFi 7 (802.11be), MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Ai Mesh Wireless MESH System

ASUS ZenWiFi BD4 White is a high-end wireless MESH system aimed at comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage in the home or office. The idea is to forget about “dead zones” and weak signals in larger residences, as several modules work together as a single network. The model supports WiFi 7 (802.11be) and is part of the ASUS Ai Mesh ecosystem, which provides flexibility for future expansion. You get a combination of modern wireless technology, stability, and simplified installation.

What you get

With this MESH system, you can build a single common Wi-Fi network where your devices automatically hand off to the nearest module without losing connection. Support for MU-MIMO and OFDMA allows for more efficient channel distribution among many devices simultaneously – useful if everyone at home is streaming, playing online, or downloading large files in parallel. WPA2-PSK encrypts the network with a password, so access is protected and easy to manage. Power supply is DC 12V;1.5A, which is standard and facilitates positioning the modules where you need signal.

• WiFi 7 (802.11be) means higher wireless efficiency and low latency, which is important for online gaming, streaming, and video calls without interruptions.
• MESH system ZenWiFi gives you one common network name and seamless handoff between modules, so you don’t get disconnected while moving around the residence.
• MU-MIMO helps several devices communicate with the router simultaneously instead of taking turns, which reduces lag on a loaded network.
• OFDMA optimizes the use of the available frequency band, so small requests (chat, IoT, smart home) don’t interfere with heavier tasks like 4K streaming.
• Ai Mesh support allows you to combine this system with other compatible ASUS devices if you decide to expand coverage in the future.
• WPA2-PSK security provides a protected connection with a password, without complex enterprise settings.
• Power supply DC 12V;1.5A is standard and makes it easier to find a suitable place for the modules near an outlet, without the need for PoE switches.

Who it is suitable for

It is suitable for people with larger residences, multi-story houses, or offices where a single standard router fails to cover everywhere. If you have many connected devices and want a stable wireless network without manual configuration of multiple SSIDs, the MESH solution is the logical choice. It is not the most sensible investment for a small one-room apartment where a basic router will do the job.

The most sensible aspect here is the combination of WiFi 7, MESH coverage, and Ai Mesh flexibility, which gives you a stable network today and an option to upgrade it easily tomorrow.
