MSI SPATIUM M450 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 V1 SSD - S78-440L0M0-P83

The MSI SPATIUM M450 1TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, aimed at mid-range configurations where you want a noticeable upgrade over SATA without chasing the most expensive models. It operates via a PCIe NVMe 4.0 interface and reaches up to 3400MB/s read speed, which is more than enough for fast loading of Windows, games, and applications. With 1TB capacity, you have a stable balance between volume and speed for a primary system drive. The enclosure is clean and black, without RGB, which is a plus if you are aiming for a simple build or a compact case.

What you get is a combination of fast data access and reliable 3D NAND memory for daily use and gaming. The read speed of up to 3400MB/s is felt during system boot, level loading, and working with heavier projects, while the write speed of up to 2400MB/s helps with installing games and transferring larger files. The M.2 2280 form factor makes it ideal for modern motherboards and laptops with NVMe support – you simply place it in the slot and you are ready, with no additional cables. 3D NAND flash technology provides better density and efficiency compared to older generations of NAND, which in real life means more stable performance over time.

• 1TB Capacity – enough for an operating system, several large AAA games, plus work projects and programs in one place.
• PCIe NVMe 4.0 interface – provides significantly higher speed and lower latency compared to SATA SSDs and classic HDD drives.
• Up to 3400MB/s read speed – fast boot, instant opening of applications, and shorter loading screens in games.
• Up to 2400MB/s write speed – faster installations, updates, and transferring large archives or media files.
• M.2 2280 form factor – a compact drive that does not take up space in the case and requires no cables, suitable for most modern motherboards.
• 3D NAND flash memory – better density and efficiency, suitable for long-term daily use and gaming.
• 60-month warranty – a long warranty period that gives you peace of mind for the investment in your system drive.

It is suitable if you are building a budget or mid-range gaming PC on a PCIe 4.0 platform, or if you simply want to replace an old SATA drive with a faster NVMe for daily work and games. If you are looking for the maximum possible speeds for heavy professional video editing or huge databases, there are higher-class NVMe options, but for a mass-market scenario, this model is more than sufficient.

The combination of 1TB capacity, PCIe 4.0 NVMe interface, and up to 3400/2400MB/s speeds, plus a 5-year warranty, makes the MSI SPATIUM M450 1TB a very reasonable choice for a primary system SSD in a modern configuration.
