ROYAL KLUDGE R65 Phantom Gaming Keyboard Chartreuse switch

The ROYAL KLUDGE R65 Phantom is a compact 60% mechanical gaming keyboard with 66 keys and Chartreuse switches, aimed at gamers and people who want more space for their mouse on the desk. It connects via a cable through USB Type-C, giving you stable and predictable input without the drama of batteries or latency. The high-profile keys with PBT caps and RGB lighting provide the feel of a serious mechanical keyboard without taking up as much space as a full-size model. The black color and clean chassis make it easy to fit into any setup.

What you get

With a 60% form factor and dimensions of 330.2 x 25.4 x 101.6 mm, the R65 frees up significant space for the mouse – a convenience for FPS and competitive titles where a low arm angle and freedom of movement are important. The 66 keys without a separate numpad reduce distractions and keep you focused on the main commands. The Chartreuse switches provide clear mechanical feedback, suitable for fast repeated presses in games and typing. The PBT caps are more resistant to shiny spots and wear compared to standard ABS, meaning a longer lifespan and legible legends. The RGB lighting helps in a dark room and allows you to visually organize important keys by color.

• The keyboard is mechanical, which ensures more precise and consistent presses in games and when typing compared to membrane models.
• It uses wired USB connection via USB Type-C, providing a stable signal and easy connection from both the front and back of the case.
• The compact 60% form factor with 66 keys saves desk space and provides a larger area for mouse movement – a plus for FPS and competitive games.
• Chartreuse switches provide a characteristic mechanical feel and distinct actuation, suitable for fast commands and extended gaming sessions.
• High-profile keys with PBT caps offer a classic mechanical feel and better durability against wear and surface polishing.
• RGB LED backlighting aids visibility in a dark room and allows you to visually highlight frequently used keys.
• Weighing 0.64 kg, the keyboard is light enough for easy portability but also stable enough not to move easily during intense pressing.

Who it is suitable for

The R65 Phantom is a good choice if you mainly play on PC, use the keyboard for gaming and typing, and prefer a minimalist setup with plenty of space for the mouse. It is suitable for FPS, MOBA, and action games where you do not rely on a numpad and separate multimedia buttons. If you need Cyrillic characters on the caps, a separate numpad, or hardware multimedia controls, this model will likely not meet all your requirements.

The combination of 60% size, mechanical Chartreuse switches, PBT caps, and RGB lighting makes the ROYAL KLUDGE R65 Phantom a practical and tight tool for gaming and daily work, without unnecessary extras or occupied space.
