Gaming Mouse ASUS ROG Spatha X

The ASUS ROG Spatha X is a large and heavy gaming mouse, aimed at enthusiasts and MMO/MOBA players who want many buttons and a serious feel in the hand. You get hybrid connectivity – simultaneously USB cable and 2.4G wireless connection via a docking station, so you can easily switch between a desk setup and freer play. The optical sensor with sensitivity 19000 DPI and polling rate 1000 Hz ensures precise tracking and fast response in any genre. The design is made for the right hand, and the body is substantial – with a weight of around 168 g, so the feel is stable, not “hollow”.

What you get

The foundation is an optical sensor with 19000 DPI, which gives you enough sensitivity for everything – from low DPI for precise aim to ultra-fast movements at high resolution and large monitors. 1000 Hz transmission rate means that the mouse refreshes its position up to 1000 times per second, which minimizes input lag and maintains a feeling of smooth control, especially in fast FPS or competitive scenes. With a total of 12 buttons and an option for programmable buttons, you have enough space for keybinds – abilities, macros, quick commands, and everything you would normally keep on the keyboard. The dual-mode connectivity – USB and 2.4G Wireless docking station – leaves you the freedom to play wirelessly, and when you need zero risk of battery failure or want a fixed wired setup, you simply connect it via USB. The RGB lighting adds a visual layer to your setup, and the body in black color and dimensions 137 x 89 x 45 mm make it clearly oriented towards larger palms and palm/claw grip.

• Hybrid connectivity (With USB cable, Wireless) allows you to use the mouse both as a stationary one and as a free wireless one, depending on the game and your mood.
• Optical sensor with 19000 DPI provides a high range of sensitivity for precise aim and fast movements at different resolutions.
• Polling rate 1000 Hz guarantees fast reading of movements and lower additional latency in dynamic games.
• 12 buttons with programmable functions are convenient for MMO, MOBA, and complex keybind configurations, where you want important commands at your thumb.
• Ergonomic design for the right hand and large dimensions 137 x 89 x 45 mm make it suitable for larger hands and palm/claw grip.
• Weight 168 g (over 100 grams) provides a massive and stable feel, preferred by players who do not like ultra-light mice.
• RGB lighting adds visual personalization and easy integration with the rest of your gaming hardware.

Who it is suitable for

The ASUS ROG Spatha X is suitable if you mainly play MMO, MOBA, or games with many abilities and commands, and you like heavy, large mice with many buttons. If your palm is larger and you prefer a palm or deeper claw grip, the shape and size will be comfortable for you. If you are looking for an ultra-light mouse for pure competitive FPS and minimal weight, you will likely want something lighter.

The strongest aspect of the Spatha X is the combination of 12 programmable buttons, hybrid USB/2.4G connection, and a high-end optical sensor in one massive, stable body, which is clearly oriented towards a serious gaming setup.
