HyperX Cloud III Gaming Headset, Microphone, Black/Red

HyperX Cloud III are gaming headsets with a microphone, aimed at PC gaming when you want stable, predictable sound and zero lag from wireless connections. They connect via cable and you have the choice between a 3.5 mm jack and USB, so you can easily plug them into both a desktop computer and a laptop. The large 53 mm drivers and frequency range of 10Hz–22kHz provide decent coverage from deep bass to high frequencies. The design in black and red is a classic for gaming peripherals, without being overly flashy.

What you get is wired headphones that perform equally well in any game, because you don't have to worry about batteries, wireless interference, or an additional driver for the connection. Thanks to 7.1 virtual surround, you can more easily position footsteps, shots, and effects around you, especially in FPS and battle royale titles. The 53 mm speakers help deliver a fuller and more voluminous sound compared to typical smaller drivers. The microphone with a sensitivity of -42 dB is sensitive enough for Discord, in-game voice, and streaming, without having to max out the input. The 1.3 m cable is convenient for desk gaming – it reaches comfortably to the case under the desk or to the front panel/laptop, without getting tangled everywhere.

• Application: Gaming – tuned primarily for games where sound positioning and team communication are key.
• Wired – no input lag from a wireless connection and no thinking about batteries during long sessions.
• 3.5 mm jack and USB interface – easily switch between different PC configurations and inputs, without adapters.
• Frequency range 10Hz–22kHz – covers deep bass and detailed highs, useful for both games and music/movies.
• 53 mm drivers – larger speakers for a fuller and more voluminous sound compared to standard smaller capsules.
• 7.1 virtual surround – provides better spatial orientation, especially in shooters and competitive titles.
• Microphone with -42 dB sensitivity – your voice comes through clearly to teammates without having to shout.
• Impedance 64 Ω – balanced for standard PC outputs, without requiring a special amplifier.
• 24-month warranty – two years of coverage from the manufacturer HyperX.

They are suitable if you are looking for stable wired gaming headsets for PC with good positional audio and a convenient microphone for team games and chat. They are primarily aimed at gaming, so if you need something super compact for on-the-go or wireless for use from the sofa, this is not the most logical choice.

The combination of 53 mm drivers, 7.1 virtual surround, and a wired connection makes the HyperX Cloud III a very sensible choice for a serious PC gaming setup, without unnecessary complications.
