Haptic vest bHaptics TactSuit Air Onyx haptics waistcoat

bHaptics TactSuit Air Onyx is a haptic vest for VR and PC gaming, which adds tactile feedback to what you see and hear. It positions itself more as a high-end accessory for enthusiasts who want a more immersive experience, not just another controller. With 16 haptic motors (8 in front and 8 in back) you feel what's happening in the game through your body, and the wireless Wireless / Bluetooth connection keeps cables away from your feet. The vest weighs around 1.1 kg, has a rechargeable Li-ion battery and is made so it doesn't hinder your free movement.

What you get
The core here are the 16 haptic motors, distributed across the body – this allows vibrations of different positions and intensities, so you feel where the action comes from (hits, shots, explosions, music). With official support for over 300 VR/PC games with built-in bHaptics profiles (manufacturer data – 325+), you don't rely on "generic" vibrations, but on specific effects for specific titles. Wireless operation via Bluetooth and the included USB-A Bluetooth dongle give you direct connection to PC or compatible console, and for charging and connection to other devices you have USB Type-C and Extension Port. The battery is Li-ion rechargeable and according to manufacturer data lasts up to 12 hours of operation, which covers long VR sessions without constantly looking for a charger.

• 16 haptic motors (8 in front, 8 in back) provide multi-point tactile feedback across the entire torso, not just a single general vibration.
• Up to 12 hours of battery life under manufacturer test conditions, which is enough for several extended gaming sessions or a whole day of moderate use.
• Support for 300+ VR/PC games with built-in bHaptics haptic profiles (325+ according to manufacturer data) for more precise matching between events in the game and sensations in the body.
• Wireless and Bluetooth technology for wireless freedom of movement, supplemented by an included USB-A Bluetooth dongle for easy connection to PC.
• USB Type-C, 3.5 mm audio port and Extension Port provide flexibility when charging and integrating with various devices and setups.
• Light and flexible construction, designed for "unrestricted movement", so you can spin, squat and wave your hands without the vest pulling or tightening on you.
• Size 61 – 127 cm circumference and 55 cm length cover a fairly wide range of body types, while at the same time maintaining stable fit around the body.

Who it's suitable for
TactSuit Air Onyx is aimed at VR enthusiasts and PC gamers who want deeper immersion and have already passed the "just headphones and monitor" stage. It's also suitable if you stream or create content and want a more non-standard, "live" setup. If you're looking for just a basic console accessory or don't play VR/PC titles with bHaptics support, part of the vest's potential will remain unused.

The combination of multi-point haptic feedback, long battery life and wide game support makes bHaptics TactSuit Air Onyx one of the more meaningful additions to a serious VR/PC gaming setup. If you want to feel the games, not just watch them, this is an accessory that really changes the way you perceive the action.
