Cougar OmnyX is a middle tower case in black, aimed at more serious gaming and enthusiast configurations where cooling and appearance are important. You can fit ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ITX motherboards in it, giving you freedom for future upgrades. The tempered glass side panel gives you visibility into the hardware, and the included ARGB fans provide both airflow and aesthetics. Support for graphics cards up to 380 mm and coolers up to 170 mm allows you to install a serious GPU and a taller air cooler without drama regarding space.

What you get

Out of the box, you have a solid foundation for strong air or water cooling: a total of four 160 mm ARGB fans are included at the front and back, which move a lot of air at lower RPMs and noise compared to smaller fans. You can add up to 3 x 120 mm fans or a 240/360 mm radiator on the side, and radiators up to 280 mm at the front and back, which is sufficient for most AIO solutions. The power supply is bottom-mounted and up to 200 mm long, which helps with better airflow distribution and heat separation from the PSU. There are a total of 4 internal storage slots – 2 x 3.5" and 2 x 2.5", so you can easily combine large HDDs for capacity and SSDs for speed.

Who it is suitable for

The case is suitable if you plan a mid-range to high-end gaming or workstation build where you want good ventilation, space for a long graphics card, and an option for serious water cooling. It is suitable if you care about aesthetics with ARGB and tempered glass but do not want to deal with adding fans from scratch. If you are looking for a super compact mini ITX build or many 5.25" devices, this is not the right form factor.
