Gamemax HYPE-M Black is a compact Mini Tower case for Micro ATX and Mini ITX configurations, aimed at smaller but serious gaming and enthusiast builds. You get a modern design with tempered glass that showcases the hardware, and already included 3 x 120 mm Addressable RGB fans for aesthetics and airflow. Despite its compact size, there is room for graphics cards up to 400 mm and air coolers up to 157 mm, which opens the door for serious GPUs and decent CPU towers. The case comes without a power supply, so you can choose exactly the PSU you need.

What you get

The interior is optimized for mATX builds with up to 4 expansion slots, so you can comfortably install a bulkier GPU and additional cards if needed. You have 2 x 3.5" and 3 x 2.5" slots, which is more than enough for a combination of a large HDD for storage and several SSDs for the system and games. Support for water cooling up to 360 mm on top and 240 mm on the side/top gives you flexibility – you can choose an AIO based on the CPU and airflow without worrying about where to fit it. The PSU is bottom-mounted and supports units up to 170 mm, which helps for a cleaner interior look and better heat separation. On the front panel, you have HD Audio, 1 x USB 3.0, and 2 x USB 2.0, so frequently used devices and headphones are easily accessible.

Who it is suitable for

This case is suitable if you want a compact mATX or ITX gaming or all-round configuration, but do not want to compromise on the graphics card and cooling. It fits well for RGB builds with a transparent side panel and AIO water cooling on top or the side. It is not for large E-ATX boards or extreme air coolers over 157 mm, so if you are chasing monstrous air coolers – better look for a larger form factor.

The combination of tempered glass, three included Addressable RGB fans, and serious support for long GPUs and water cooling makes Gamemax HYPE-M Black a very sensible foundation for a modern, compact gaming build.
