MSI MAG FORGE M100R Case

MSI MAG FORGE M100R is a compact middle tower case for Mini ITX and Micro ATX configurations, aimed at more budget to mid-range builds, where you want good airflow and aesthetics without unnecessary extras. The tempered glass gives you a clear view of the hardware, and the included ARGB fans save you the need to immediately buy separate cooling. Support for graphics cards up to 300 mm and coolers up to 160 mm means you can comfortably fit quite serious hardware into this compact case. The dimensions 388 x 200 x 423 mm make it convenient for a desk or tighter space, without sacrificing too much internal volume.

What you get
You get a case with a pre-built airflow foundation – there are 3x 120 mm ARGB fans on top, plus another 1x 120 mm ARGB at the back, so right out of the box your system has stable airflow and lighting. If you decide to expand the cooling, you can mount up to 3x 120 mm fans at the front, and 2x 120 mm on top, which is more than enough for a gaming configuration with good airflow. Liquid cooling is also accounted for – at the back 1x 120 mm, on top and at the front up to 120 / 240 mm, so you can install an AIO for the CPU without worrying about whether it will fit. You have separate positions for 1 x 3.5" drive and 2 x 2.5" devices, which covers a typical setup of one HDD for archiving and one or two SSDs for the system and games. The built-in I/O ports – USB 3.2, 2 x USB 2.0 and audio in/out – give you enough convenience for headphones, microphone, and peripherals, without having to constantly reach behind the case.

It is suitable for 1080p and 1440p builds with a single GPU system and standard air or compact liquid cooling. It is not the best choice if you are aiming for extreme high-end dual GPU builds or super tall coolers and massive custom loop solutions.
