BenQ 27" PD2705Q Monitor, WQHD (2560x1440), IPS, 60Hz, 5ms (GTG), HDR, 100% sRGB

BenQ PD2705Q is a 27" professional monitor aimed at people who work with graphics, video, web, and office applications and seek a balance between detail, colors, and eye comfort. The WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 on a 27" panel provides a much finer picture and more workspace compared to Full HD. Thanks to the IPS matrix and 1000:1 static contrast, colors appear stable and consistent from almost any angle. The Anti-Glare coating and LED backlight help you work for long periods without being bothered by glare and excessive brightness.

What you get

With WQHD resolution on a 27" screen, you can comfortably work with multiple windows at the same time, and small text and details in photos and videos are clear thanks to the pixel size of 0.233 mm. The IPS panel with viewing angles of 178°/178° means that color and contrast remain consistent, even when you are not directly in front of the screen – useful if you are showing a project to a colleague or client. The HDR10 support allows you to view HDR content with better reproduction of bright and dark areas, especially useful for video and visualizations. The 75 Hz refresh rate plus a response time of 5 ms make motion smoother than the standard 60 Hz – pleasant for light gaming after work as well as for scrolling through timelines and large documents. The combination of HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C ports gives you flexibility for connecting to modern laptops and desktops with a single cable for video.

• 27" diagonal provides a large enough screen for serious work without requiring an absurdly deep desk.
• 2560 x 1440 WQHD resolution gives you more workspace and finer detail than Full HD, ideal for photo, design, and multitasking.
• IPS matrix with viewing angles of 178°/178° maintains stable colors and contrast, even when you are not looking at the monitor head-on.
• 75 Hz refresh rate and 5 ms response time provide smoother motion compared to standard 60 Hz.
• Anti-Glare coating and brightness of 300 cd/m² help avoid glare and fatigue when working in well-lit offices.
• HDR10 support enhances the perception of dynamic range with compatible content, useful for video and visual projects.
• HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C inputs provide flexible connectivity to various sources – from desktop to modern laptop.
• 16.7 million colors and 16:9 format are standard for professional work with web, office, and multimedia.

Who it is suitable for

This monitor is a good choice if you do graphic design, photo editing, video editing, programming, or simply want serious workspace for office and browsing. It is also suitable if you occasionally play games, but your priority is image quality and ergonomics, not maximum refresh rate. If you are looking for a pure gaming display with 144 Hz+ and a focus on esports, you may find a higher refresh rate lacking here.

The combination of 27" WQHD, IPS panel, 75 Hz, and rich inputs makes the BenQ PD2705Q a very stable foundation for a professional or home workstation where comfort and accurate image are more important than pure gaming extravagance.
