IIYAMA XUB3293UHSN-B5 is a 31.5-inch 4K monitor, aimed at serious work and multimedia, rather than a cheap budget setup. You get 3840 x 2160 resolution in 16:9 format with an IPS panel, which means a lot of detail and stable colors from various angles. The Anti-Glare coating and LED backlighting help for more comfortable work during long hours in front of the screen. The thin bezel and ergonomic stand make it convenient for multi-monitor configurations on a desk, where space is a valuable resource.

What you get is a large 31.5" workspace with real 4K detail, suitable for working with multiple windows, large spreadsheets, a timeline in video software, or simply sharper text. With 1.07 billion colors and a static contrast of 1000:1, you can rely on smooth gradients and good readability in dark and light scenes. A brightness of 350 cd/m² is more than sufficient for a standard office/home scenario, including in brighter rooms. The 4 ms response time keeps blur under control with dynamic content, while the 178°/178° viewing angles help prevent color distortion when you are not directly in front of the screen. Via HDMI and DisplayPort, you can easily connect it to a PC, laptop, or console.

A large 31.5" diagonal provides enough space for multitasking, working with multiple windows, and comfortable viewing of 4K content.
3840 x 2160 4K resolution offers fine detail and sharp text, which is a plus for office work, photo, and video editing.
The IPS panel with 178°/178° viewing angles maintains stable colors and contrast, even when viewing the screen from the side.
The Anti-Glare coating and 350 cd/m² brightness help reduce reflections and eye strain in brighter rooms.
Support for 1.07 billion colors and static contrast of 1000:1 ensures smooth color gradients and decent depth in dark tones.
The 4 ms response time is fast enough for daily use, video, and a more casual gaming experience.
HDMI and DisplayPort inputs provide the flexibility to connect multiple sources – a desktop computer, laptop, or console.
VESA 100 x 100 mm allows easy mounting on a wall or monitor arm, while the thin bezel and ergonomic stand are convenient for a clean and tidy setup.

It is suitable for someone looking for a large 4K display for office work, programming, content creation, and watching movies, with a focus on space and detail rather than maximum gaming refresh rate. If you are chasing competitive e-sports gaming with a very high refresh rate, this model will not be your first choice, but for casual gaming and everything else, it performs excellently.

The combination of a 31.5" IPS panel, 4K resolution, 1.07 billion colors, and an ergonomic stand makes the IIYAMA XUB3293UHSN-B5 a balanced choice for a serious work and multimedia monitor, which stands well as the centerpiece of a cleaner desktop setup.
