The LG 45GX900A-B is a 44.5-inch gaming Ultra wide OLED monitor, clearly aimed at high-end gaming and serious visual work. The large curved panel with 800R curvature wraps around you and literally fills your peripheral vision – especially in combination with the 21:9 aspect ratio and 3440 x 1440 resolution. The OLED panel with 1500000:1 static contrast and 0.03 ms response time is designed to eliminate blur and deliver deep black. With a 240 Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium, the goal is smooth, fast gameplay without tearing and stutter.

What you get: a super-wide 44.5" OLED screen that gives you serious horizontal space – both for ultra wide gaming and for multitasking with several windows side by side. The curved 800R design enhances the “tunnel” view in games, which also helps with better focus in competitive titles. Thanks to the 0.03 ms response time and 240 Hz refresh rate, fast scenes remain distinct, and motion is super smooth. The OLED backlighting with the huge static contrast of 1500000:1 gives you true black and strong color punch, while the Anti-Glare coating reduces reflections so you don’t have to fight reflections instead of opponents. The 178°/178° viewing angles guarantee that the image remains stable, even when you are not sitting exactly in the center of the panel.

• The large 44.5" Ultra wide screen gives you more space for gaming, work, and multitasking compared to a standard 16:9 monitor.
• The curved panel with 800R curvature creates a more immersive experience, following the natural curve of the field of view.
• The 3440 x 1440 resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio combine a detailed picture with a wide field of view – ideal for racing, RPG, and productivity.
• The OLED panel with OLED backlighting and 1500000:1 (Typ.) static contrast ensures deep black and very good separation between dark and light details.
• The extremely low 0.03 ms response time and 240 Hz refresh rate minimize motion blur and make fast games more readable and controllable.
• The AMD FreeSync Premium technology synchronizes the monitor's refresh rate with the GPU to reduce tearing and stutter at variable FPS.
• The Anti-Glare coating and 178°/178° viewing angles help the image remain readable and contrasty in brighter rooms and when viewed from the side.
• Connection via HDMI and DisplayPort allows easy integration with a desktop PC, laptop, or console.
• The 275 cd/m² brightness is sufficient for a typical gaming room, without being excessively glaring.

This monitor is particularly suitable if you are looking for a high-end ultra wide solution for gaming with an emphasis on fast competitive titles, but also want perfect contrast and deep black for movies and visual work. If you mainly play eSports at a lower resolution or prefer the classic 16:9 format, a smaller, flat panel might be more practical for you. However, for serious single-player, simulators, and productivity, the combination of size, curvature, and 21:9 is very meaningful.

The strongest aspect of the LG 45GX900A-B is the combination of a huge curved OLED panel, 240 Hz with 0.03 ms, and ultra wide resolution, making it both a tool for fun and for work. If you want a monitor that truly changes your perception of gaming and desk space, this model hits the mark.
