Gigabyte AORUS WATERFORCE II 360 ICE CPU Liquid Cooler
Description
Gigabyte AORUS WATERFORCE II 360 ICE is a water cooling solution for processors with a 360 mm radiator, aimed at more serious gaming and high-end configurations. The combination of three 120 mm fans and wide compatibility with sockets gives you the freedom to install it on both a new AM5 or LGA 1700 build, as well as on an older system. The high airflow and adjustable RPM allow you to balance between low temperatures and silence according to the load. This is a cooler that can easily handle powerful CPUs and long gaming or rendering sessions.
What you get is a 360 mm radiator with three included 120 x 120 x 25 mm fans, which can spin from 800 to 2300 RPM. This means that under light load you can keep low RPM for minimal noise, while under load you can increase the RPM for maximum cooling. The airflow of up to 64.95 CFM per fan helps to dissipate heat from the radiator quickly, which is critical at higher frequencies and boost modes of the processor. The 4 PIN connector provides PWM control via the motherboard, while the 5V ARGB gives you the option to synchronize the lighting with the other components. Noise levels between 12.8 and 36.9 dBA are within the normal range for this class of water cooling, with an option for a very quiet mode at lower RPM.
- Large radiator size 360 mm, suitable for more powerful CPU configurations and better heat exchange compared to shorter radiators.
- Three included fans sized 120 x 120 x 25 mm, covering the entire radiator and improving cooling efficiency.
- Wide compatibility with CPU sockets: AM4, AM5, LGA 1200, LGA 1700, LGA 115x and LGA 1851, so you can use it for both Intel and AMD systems, including future upgrades.
- Wide range of rotation speed from 800~2300 RPM +/-10%, allowing you to set profiles for silence or maximum cooling depending on the scenario.
- Airflow up to 64.95 CFM per fan, providing quick heat dissipation from the radiator even under high load.
- Noise level between 12.8~36.9 dBA, allowing for a relatively quiet build, especially at lower RPM in idle.
- Connectors 4 PIN and 5V ARGB, allowing PWM control of the RPM and synchronization of the ARGB lighting with your other RGB lighting.
Who is this water cooling suitable for? For gamers and enthusiasts who are building a mid-range to high-end system and want better control over temperatures and noise compared to a typical air cooler. It is also suitable if you plan on longer loads – streaming, rendering, compilations – where stable temperatures are important. If you are making a super budget build or a small compact case/mini-ITX case, a 360 mm radiator may be excessive or may not fit physically.
The strongest point here is the combination of a 360 mm radiator, three PWM ARGB fans, and wide compatibility with sockets, which gives you serious cooling and flexibility for future upgrades.
