Description
Super Flower Zillion DB Bronze 850W is an ATX 3.1 power supply with 850W power and 80+ Bronze certification, aimed at mid-range to more serious gaming and workstation configurations. You get a classic ATX format with active PFC and efficiency up to 85%, which is completely sufficient for stable operation of modern hardware. It features a 120 mm fan for cooling, and the length of 140 mm makes it convenient for most mid-tower cases. The black color and standard dimensions facilitate integration into almost any build.
What you get: enough power for modern GPUs and CPUs, plus full compatibility with the new standard thanks to ATX 3.0/3.1 and PCIe Gen 5.0/5.1 support. The 12+4 pin PCI-E (12VHPWR) connector allows you to power modern graphics cards without the need for adapters, while the additional 2 x 6+2 Pin PCI-E cover older GPU models. With 2 x 4+4 Pin CPU connectors, you can comfortably use power-hungry CPUs or motherboards with an additional CPU connector. 6 x SATA and 2 x Molex are fully sufficient for drives, fans, and peripherals, without the need for splitters. Operating in the range 200–240VAC, 50/60 Hz and active PFC helps for more stable power supply during variations in the network.
- 850W total power, suitable for gaming and workstation configurations with powerful GPUs and plenty of storage.
- 80+ Bronze certification with up to 85% efficiency, reducing excess heat and energy losses compared to basic power supplies.
- ATX 3.0/3.1 and PCIe Gen 5.0/5.1 support, giving you compatibility with the latest generations of graphics cards and future upgrades.
- 1 x 12+4 Pin PCI-E (12VHPWR) connector for modern high-end GPUs, plus 2 x 6+2 Pin PCI-E for older or additional graphics cards.
- 2 x 4+4 Pin CPU connectors, providing stable power for more powerful processors and motherboards with an additional CPU input.
- 6 x 15 pin SATA and 2 x 4 Pin Molex for flexibility in connecting SSDs, HDDs, fan hubs, and other peripherals.
- 120 mm fan for cooling and a case length of only 140 mm, which is a plus for more compact cases.
- Active PFC and operation at 200–240VAC, 50/60 Hz for more stable and clean power supply to the components.
- Non-modular design, where all cables are fixed, but provides maximum compatibility without the need to choose separate lines.
- 36 months warranty from the manufacturer Super Flower for peace of mind during long-term use.
This power supply is suitable if you are building a modern gaming or workstation build with plans to upgrade to a PCIe Gen 5 GPU, but you are not chasing the highest gold or platinum certifications. It is also a good choice for a budget-rational high-power build, where you need real power and the new standard, rather than maximum modularity. If you are looking for a fully modular solution or higher class efficiency, this is not the right model, but as a balance of price/functionality, it makes a lot of sense.
The combination of 850W, ATX 3.1 with 12VHPWR, and a stable set of connectors makes it a solid foundation for a current and future build. The ability to smoothly transition to new GPU generations without changing the power supply is especially valuable.
