Official rules of the contest:

1. Period: From 21.10.2020 to 22.11.2020 inclusive.

2. Organiser: „PCBUILD Ltd“ EOOD (Address: 1505 София, кв Редута, ул Марагидик 37), hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.
 

3. Rules of participation: Participation in the contest is not conditional on the purchase of any goods or on the conclusion of a contract for the provision of a service. All persons may take part, with no age restriction. Employees of „PCBUILD Ltd“ EOOD and of affiliated companies, as well as members of their families, are not entitled to participate.
 

4. Contest mechanics: The contest will be run via a post on PCBUILD's fan page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pcbuildingbg/. Participants register to take part by sharing the post, tagging two friends in the comments beneath it, liking the page on Facebook and subscribing to PCBUILD's channel on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/c/PCBUILDBG/. By registering, participants accept these rules. Registrations that have met the contest's condition will be counted as valid. Each participant may register to take part only once and may win only one prize.

5. Prizes: 1 prize, consisting of two gifts - a gaming keyboard Asus ROG Scope TKL Deluxe and a mouse pad Asus ROG Sheath.

6. Determining the winners. Receiving the prizes. The winners are determined by a random draw from among all those who have taken part. The draw will be held on the dates announced in advance, and the winning participants will be announced on PCBUILD's page on Facebook and Instagram. An equal number of reserves will also be drawn, in case any of the winners does not express a wish to receive their prize within the set deadline.
The Organiser undertakes to contact the winning participants within 3 days of the draw, via a message to the profile they have indicated on Facebook. In order to receive their prize, each winner agrees to reply within up to 1 day, providing the following details in a private message to the Organiser on Facebook: full name (three names); e-mail; address and contact telephone number. If the Organiser fails to contact the winner or does not receive a response from them within 1 day after being notified by the Organiser, then the winner forfeits the right to receive their prize and it may be awarded to the next drawn reserve winner in order; the Organiser bears no liability in the event that a user has provided invalid data – an incomplete or inaccurate e-mail address; incorrect names or a non-existent or deactivated Facebook profile; the prize won cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent. In the event that a winner does not receive their prize for reasons beyond the Organiser's control or due to the submission of incorrect and/or incomplete data, they forfeit their right to receive their prize, and it remains unclaimed.

7. Eligibility: The following participants are not admitted to the prize draw: · Those who use unfair methods, techniques and software to manipulate the results of the contest. · Those who fail to comply with any of the conditions of these Rules of Participation. · Those who use irregular, unauthorised or duplicate e-mail addresses. · Those who are employees of the Organiser or of affiliated companies.

8. Limitations of liability: The Organiser bears no liability for: incorrect or misleading user names and e-mail address, telephone or address details; failure of the communications connection, whatever the cause, in respect of equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in connection with the contest; the unavailability or absence of the internet or of the website, or a combination thereof; failure of the Facebook platform; force majeure circumstances and other similar events. The organisation, presentation, conduct and regulation of the contest are in no way controlled or managed by Facebook Inc.

9. Other conditions: The conditions of this contest are available on the PCBUILD website -  https://www.pcbuild.bg/. The Organiser reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of their publication on the official contest page: https://www.facebook.com/pcbuildingbg/. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the contest entirely should serious reasons for doing so arise. By taking part in the Contest and accepting these Official Rules for its conduct, the participant is deemed to be informed that the data, or part of the data, that they provide constitutes personal data and falls under the special protection of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZZLD). The participant declares that they provide these data voluntarily, for the purposes of the Contest, and agrees that the Organiser „PCBUILD Ltd“ EOOD may process them, including by providing them to third parties – subcontractors and/or consultants.
The winner of the contest agrees to take part in advertising activities following the contest, and the Organisers reserve the right to use the participants' names and place-of-residence information, their photographs, and audio and/or video recordings for public presentation. By submitting an entry to take part in the contest, each participant gives their consent and grants the Organiser, free of charge, the right to publish the winner's name on PCBUILD's Facebook page and PCBUILD's Instagram page. Participation in the contest means that the participants have accepted these terms and rules for the conduct of the contest and are deemed bound by them; these terms and rules shall be governed by Bulgarian law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be settled by the Bulgarian courts.
