General Terms Double Happiness For This Winter Promotion

This promotion – Double Happiness For This Winter (“Promotion”) will be conducted by ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. („ASUS“) and qualifying partners

1. Legal Terms

Detailed information regarding the participation method, obtaining the game codes (including the code for the games ASUS Dying Light 1&2 (“ASUS Game Code”) and a Steam key) and a discount voucher for Booking.com (“ASUS Discount Voucher”) for this specific promotion. The terms of use of ASUS and ASUS privacy policy are part of the General Terms of the promotion ("Rules and Conditions"). Participation in this promotion is considered acceptance of these General Terms. ASUS may review the General Rules and Conditions at any time and you will be bound by any such changes.

2. Promotion Period and Conduct Conditions

2-1. The promotion starts at 00:01 Central European Time ("CET") on 08.11.2021 and ends at 23:59 CET on 31.12.2021 ("Promotional products (see promotional products) must be purchased from a qualifying partner (see the dealer list below) within the „Promotional period“ and „Promotional zone“.

All purchases from dealers in the „Promotional zone“ can be contested.

The invoice/receipt of participants must indicate the purchase date and a valid billing address.

All valid promotional products (application "promotional products") must be purchased between 08.11.2021 and 31.12.2021 online or from a store in the promotional zone (application "promotional zone").

2. 2. The registration period for the purchase and claiming the Asus Game Code will start on 22.11.2021 and will end on 14.01.2022. The period for using the Asus Game Code for Steam will be until 31.12.2022 at www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2.

2. 2. The registration period for the purchase and claiming the ASUS Discount Voucher starts on 22.11.2021 and ends on 14.01.2022. The period for using the ASUS Discount Voucher on Booking.com (Link will be provided later) starts on 22.11.2021 and ends on 31.03.2022.

2. 2. ASUS Game Code and ASUS Discount Voucher will be offered together until stocks run out. If one of them runs out, you will receive an email only for the available one.

3. Eligibility

Employees of ASUS, employees of subsidiaries and/or partners of ASUS, or collaborating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Additionally, corporate/commercial customers are not entitled to claim under this promotion.

Participants must be residents of a country in the „Promotional zone“. Participation is free.

4. Subject and Rules for Participation

The participant must also purchase a selected „promotional product“ during the „promotional period“ in the „promotional zone“ from one of the qualifying partners in the participant's country of residence and must submit a request between 00:01 („CET“) on 22.11.2021 and 23:59 („CET“) on 14.01.2021 via the online form of ASUS, set here:

The form must be completed fully and correctly, providing personal information, a valid commercial invoice (from which the promotional products were purchased), the product serial number of ASUS, and valid and detailed bank account information.

The personal information on the invoice (name, address) must match the provided recovery information.

Participation requires user registration in the official ASUS VIP account. You can find the registration form here: https://account.asus.com/

After verification and approval of the application, ASUS will send an email with the ASUS Game Code and ASUS Discount Voucher within 20 working days after it is confirmed that your participation is approved.

If the email address provided during registration by the participant does not receive the ASUS Game Code and ASUS Discount Voucher, ASUS is not obliged to resend the email.

5. Promotional Products

It is necessary to purchase a participating product/package mentioned in the „promotional products“ list. Products borrowed, rented, taken for trial, or used are excluded from the promotion. A delivery note, receipt, or order confirmation from a sales platform (keep this in mind when shopping online) is not sufficient proof of purchase.

Products that in any way violate the intellectual property of ASUS or its subsidiaries are excluded from the promotion.

Each participant is entitled to claim only one (1) eligible product/package for each product group during the promotional period. Any found attempt for double claiming may disqualify all related promotional claims.

If the participant returns their promotional product, the request to claim the promotion will be canceled. Already paid claims must be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional processing fee of 75.00 EUR. In addition, ASUS will take legal action against fraud or abuse.

The participant must purchase from a distributor in their country of residence.

6. Refund

The participant receives a confirmation email after submitting their application. If they successfully pass the validation process, the participant will receive the ASUS Game Code and ASUS Discount Voucher. The validation process may take up to 20 business days.

If proof of purchase is missing or invalid, the customer will be notified via the email provided during the online registration process; accordingly, the customer will have seven (7) days to submit valid proof of purchase. If the organizer does not receive the above documentation within 7 days, the application will be rejected. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check all email inboxes, including the SPAM folder, to ensure that all messages are received correctly.

If the participant has not received the codes within 90 days of registration, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the support team at [email protected] to initiate an inquiry.

7. Prizes

7-1. The ASUS Game Code cannot be sold or transferred to third parties; any fraudulent or hacking behavior will be considered a forfeiture of the right to receive the game key for Steam. The Steam key will be available on the release date of the game, and activation will depend entirely on the release of Dying Light 2, which will be further announced by Techland. The use of the game is subject to acceptance of the end-user license agreement provided by Techland. The participant agrees that any potential issues with the game or the license agreement are between them and Techland. ASUS is not responsible for any issues related to the game or the license agreement provided by Techland. The participant can obtain their ASUS Game Code via www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2 and receive the Steam game code by 31.12.2022.

7-2. The ASUS Discount Voucher cannot be sold or transferred to third parties; any fraudulent or hacking behavior will be considered a forfeiture of the right to receive the discount code for Booking.com. The Booking.com discount code will be usable for bookings made between November 8, 2021, and March 31, 2022. The end user must follow Booking.com’s rules on how to use the voucher. The participant is aware that any possible issues regarding the registration on Booking.com are between them and Booking.com. ASUS is not responsible for any questions or issues regarding accommodations and conditions for the end user provided by Booking.com. The participant can use the ASUS Discount Voucher at (+Promotion link later) for up to 10% discount on specific accommodation. The voucher cannot be used to purchase airline tickets, and the discount will be refunded to the credit card saved in the Booking.com profile within two months after the reservation is completed.

For participants from Turkey, the ASUS Discount Voucher can only be used for accommodations outside of Turkey.

8. Early Termination

ASUS reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the Promotion at any time, with appropriate communication and to notify up to 10 days in case of malfunctions, interruptions, fraud, viruses, or similar incidents, and if the administration, security, or correctness, integrity, or procedure of the promotion is affected. No options or claims are allowed after early termination.

9. Data Privacy

Participants agree that ASUS will retain their personal data, such as names, addresses, and other information provided in the ASUS online form through this promotion and in accordance with ASUS Privacy Policy: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy.

ASUS is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We strive to comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of privacy and the security of personal information. 10. Approval

By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that they have read and agree to these terms of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. If the participant does not accept the change in the terms of participation, they may withdraw their registration by sending an email to [email protected]. No recourse to the courts is permitted.

All claims for compensation against ASUS and its employees or indirect agents in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal cause, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The terms, as well as participation itself, are subject to local legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
