General Terms - "ASUS Z690 x CPU Bundle Cashback Q4 2021"
This promotion - “ASUS Z690 x CPU Bundle Cashback Q4 2021” will be executed by ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. („ASUS“) and qualifying partners. Customers accept the following terms („General Terms“) by their participation (section 9: „Approval ").
1. Legal Conditions
This information on refunds and participation, together with the ASUS Terms of Use Notice and ASUS Privacy Statement, forms the basis of these General Terms. By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms of Use. ASUS reserves the right to change these Terms with appropriate communication and notice. Participants are obliged to accept these changes.
2. Promotion Period and Conduct Conditions
The promotion starts at 00:01 Central European Time ("CET") on 27.10.2021 and ends at 23:59 CET on 19.12.2021 ("Promotional products (see promotional products) must be purchased from a qualifying partner (see the dealer list below) within the „Promotional period“ and „Promotional area“.
All purchases from dealers in the „Promotional area“ can be contested.
The invoice/receipt of the participants must indicate the date of purchase and a valid billing address.
All valid promotional products (application "promotional products") must be purchased between 27.10.2021 and 19.12.2021 online or from a store in the promotional area (application "promotional area").
3. Right to Participate
Employees of ASUS, employees of subsidiaries and/or partners of ASUS, or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Additionally, corporate/commercial customers are not entitled to make claims under this promotion.
Participants must be residents of a country in the „Promotional area“. Participation is free.
4. Subject and Rules for Participation
By participating in this promotion, participants can receive a reward in the form of monetary value in the currency of the applicable promotional area, as specified in the application.
The participant must also purchase a selected „promotional product“ during the „promotional period“ in the „promotional area“ from one of the qualifying partners in the participant's country of residence and must submit a refund request between 00:01 („CET“) on 18.11.2021 and 23:59 („CET“) on 31.12.2021 via the online form provided by ASUS here:

The form must be completed fully and correctly, providing personal information, a valid commercial invoice (from which the promotional products were purchased), the product serial number of ASUS, and valid and detailed bank account information.
The personal information on the invoice (name, address) must match the provided refund information.
Participation requires registration of a user in the official ASUS VIP account. You can find the registration form here: https://account.asus.com/
After reviewing and approving the application, ASUS will transfer the reward to the participant's specified bank account. This process may take up to 90 working days. If the attempt to transfer from ASUS or its designated agents fails, ASUS will not be required to make another attempt.
If a participant is not allowed to receive cash transactions due to national or international laws or restrictions from their financial service providers or ASUS's financial service provider or its authorized representatives, this will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. ASUS or its authorized representatives are not obliged to inform the customer. Money will be transferred only if the participant is also the owner of the bank account.
Invoices must meet local legal requirements.
5. Promotional Products
It is necessary to purchase a participating product/package mentioned in the list of „promotional products“. Borrowed, rented, trial, or used products are excluded from the promotion. A delivery note, receipt, or order confirmation from a sales platform (keep this in mind when shopping online) is not sufficient proof of purchase.
Products that in any way infringe the intellectual property of ASUS or its subsidiaries are excluded from the promotion.
Each participant is entitled to claim only one (1) eligible product/package for each product group during the promotional period. Any found attempt for double claiming may disqualify all related promotional claims.
If the participant returns their promotional product, the request to claim the promotion will be canceled. Already paid claims must be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional processing fee of 75.00 EUR. Additionally, ASUS will take legal action against fraud or abuse.
The participant must purchase from a distributor in their country of residence.
6. Refund
The participant receives a confirmation email after submitting their application. If they successfully pass the validation process, the participant will receive the reward in the form of cash value. The validation process may take up to 20 working days.
If proof of purchase is missing or invalid, the customer will be notified via the email provided during the online registration process; accordingly, the customer will have seven (7) days to submit valid proof of purchase. If the organizer does not receive the above documentation within 7 days, the application will be rejected. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check all email inboxes, including the SPAM folder, to ensure that all messages are received correctly.
If the participant has not received cashback within 90 days of registration, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the support team at [email protected] to initiate an investigation.
7. Early Termination
ASUS reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the Promotion at any time, with appropriate communication and to notify up to 10 days in case of malfunctions, interruptions, fraud, viruses, or similar incidents, and if the administration, security, or correctness, integrity, or procedure of the promotion is affected. There are no options or claims after early termination.
8. Data Privacy
Participants agree that ASUS will retain their personal data, such as names, addresses, and other information provided in the ASUS online form through this promotion and in accordance with ASUS's Privacy Policy:

9. Approval
By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that they have read and agree to these terms of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. If the participant does not accept the change in the terms of participation, they may withdraw their registration by sending an email to [email protected]. No recourse to the courts is allowed.
All claims for compensation against ASUS and its employees or indirect agents in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal reason, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The terms, as well as participation itself, are subject to local legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
