The "Comment on the Price" feature allows customers to submit an inquiry for an individual price offer for a selected product on the site.
Submitting an inquiry through the form does not guarantee that a discount or a change in price will be granted. Each case is considered individually, according to current availability, delivery terms and pricing policy.
The price proposed by the customer or the link provided to a competitor's website serve solely as a reference when preparing an offer.
The Merchant reserves the right:
- to propose an alternative price
- not to grant a discount
- to offer an alternative product with similar specifications
The personal data provided through the form is used solely to contact the customer in connection with the inquiry submitted and is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order and does not create an obligation to enter into a contract.
The Merchant shall not be liable for price differences on other websites, including in cases of:
- temporary promotions
- out-of-stock availability
- different delivery terms
- errors in published prices
Inquiries with incomplete, misleading or incorrect information may not be processed.
The Merchant reserves the right to change the terms of the service at any time.
