Select the best game! Terms and conditions for the promotional event

The promotion – Pick Your Best Game (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

1. Legal conditions

The detailed information regarding how to join and obtain a game code in connection with this specific promotion, notice of ASUS's terms of use and ASUS's privacy policy, constitutes part of the Terms and Conditions of the promotional event (“Rules and Conditions”). Participation in the Promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may review the Terms and Conditions and other rules set by ASUS at any time. You will be bound by such revisions.

2. Promotion period and setup

2-1. The promotion starts at 00:01 Central European Time (“CET”) on 16.05.2022 and ends at 23:59 CET on 10.07.2022 (“Promotion Period”). Promotional products (Appendix “Promotional Products”) must be purchased from one eligible partner (Appendix “Participating Stores and Partners”) within the “Promotion Period” and “Promotional Countries”.

The invoice/receipt of participants must contain the date of purchase and a valid billing address.

All valid promotional products (Appendix “Promotional Products”) must be purchased between 16.05.2022 and 10.07.2022 (CET) online or in-store in the promotion area (Appendix “Promotional Countries”).

2. 2. The registration and claiming period for the ASUS game voucher starts on 30.05.2022 and ends on 24.07 2022 (CET). The usage period for the received ASUS game voucher at https://uk.gamesplanet.com/promo/ASUSMBQ22022 will end on 24.10.2022 23:59 (CET).

2. 2. The ASUS game voucher will be available while supplies last.

3. Eligibility

Employees of ASUS, employees of ASUS affiliates and/or partners or collaborating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Additionally, corporate/commercial customers are not entitled to claim in this promotion.

Participants must be residents of a country in the “promotional area” and be considered of legal age under the laws of the country in which they reside. Participation is free.

4. Subject and rules of participation

The participant must purchase an eligible “promotional product” within the “promotional period” in the “promotional area” from one of the selected partners in the participant's country of residence and must register between 00:01 (“CET”) on 30.05.2022 to 23:59 (“CET”) on 24.07.2022 via the online form provided by ASUS here:

The form must be completed fully and accurately, providing personal information, a valid merchant invoice (from which the promotional product was purchased) and the serial number of the ASUS product.

The information on the invoice (name, address) must match the provided registration information. Invoices must comply with local legal requirements.

After reviewing and approving the application, ASUS will send an email with your ASUS game code within 20 working days after approval.

If the specified participant email address does not receive the ASUS game voucher code, ASUS is not obliged to resend the email.

5. Promotional products

It is necessary to purchase a participating product/package listed in the “promotional products” list. Products taken on loan, lease, samples, or used products are excluded from the promotion. Delivery notes, cash receipts, or order confirmations from a sales platform (keep this in mind when purchasing online) are not sufficient proof of purchase.

Products that in any way infringe the intellectual property of ASUS or its affiliates are excluded from the promotion.

Each participant may request up to two (2) eligible products during the promotional period. Exceeding 2 open attempts to claim may result in disqualification of all related promotion claims.

If the participant returns their promotional products, the promotion claim will be canceled. Already paid claims must be refunded to ASUS plus an additional processing fee of €75.00. Furthermore, ASUS will take legal action against attempts of fraud or abuse.

The participant must purchase from a dealer in their country of residence.

6. Using the voucher

The participant receives a confirmation email after submitting their application. Upon successful completion of the validation process, the participant will receive an ASUS game voucher. The validation process may take up to 20 working days.

In case of missing or invalid proof of purchase, the customer will be notified by email at the address provided during the online registration process; therefore, the customer will have seven (7) days to submit valid proof of purchase. If the organizer does not receive the aforementioned documentation within 7 days, the application will be rejected. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check all inboxes, including the SPAM folder, to ensure proper receipt of all communications.

If the participant has not received their voucher code within 90 days after registration, it is their obligation to contact the support team at [email protected] to initiate a verification.

7. Related to the prize

7-1. ASUS game vouchers are not sold or transferred; any fraud or hacking behavior will be considered a forfeiture of the right to receive the game key. The game key will only be available on the release date. The participant must confirm that any issues regarding the game or end-user license agreement must exist solely between the participant and Gamesplanet. The participant can activate the code from the ASUS game voucher at https://uk.gamesplanet.com/promo/ASUSMBQ22022, and must do so before 24.10.2022 23:59 (CET).

8. Early termination

ASUS reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the Promotion at any time, after appropriate communication and notification with 10 days' notice, if malfunctions, interruptions, 

fraud, viruses, or similar incidents occur and if management, security, fairness, integrity, or the procedure of the Promotion are affected. After early termination, there are no options or claims.

9. Data privacy

Participants agree that ASUS may store their personal data such as names, addresses, and other information listed in the ASUS online form through this promotion and in accordance with ASUS's Privacy Statement: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy

ASUS is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We strive to comply with all applicable privacy protection and personal information security laws. 10. Consent

By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that they have taken into account and agree to these terms of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or amend these rules and conditions at any time. If the participant does not accept the change in the terms of participation, they may withdraw their registration by sending an email to [email protected]. Recourse to the courts is not permitted.

All claims for damages against ASUS and its employees or agents in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal reason, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The terms, as well as participation itself, are subject to local legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
