General Terms and Conditions of the promotional campaign “Razer Autumn Sale 2025”
1. Campaign organiser
The organiser of this promotional campaign is PCBUILD Ltd, with its registered office and management address at: Sofia, 13 Lastovitsa St., postal code 1225, EIK: BG203464132, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
2. Campaign period
The campaign runs during the period from 27.10.2025 to 23.11.2025 inclusive, or until stocks are exhausted.
3. Scope and place of the campaign
The campaign is held:
Online, through the Organiser’s online store: https://pcbuild.bg
On site – at the PCBUILD Ltd store, Sofia, 37 Maragidik St., postal code 1505
4. Promotional products
The campaign features selected laptop models of the Razer brand, included in a special promotional section of the website.
5. Special prices and conditions
The products in the campaign are offered at special prices, valid only for the campaign period or until stocks are exhausted.
The special prices cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotional campaigns, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The campaign is valid both for online orders and for purchases made on site in the store.
6. Restrictions and terms of fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
In the event of a lack of availability, the Organiser has the right to refuse or amend the order and to notify the customer.
The distance sales contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation by the Organiser.
7. Collection and delivery
Customers may receive the products:
via courier delivery to an address or office,
on site from the store at 37 Maragidik St., Sofia.
The courier notifies the customer of the exact delivery date via SMS, telephone call or message.
8. Additional conditions
The campaign is aimed at end customers and not for commercial or professional use.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time by announcing this publicly on its website.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
10. Applicable law
The campaign is conducted in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
