I. Organizer of the Raffle
1. The organizer of the raffle is „PSBUILD” EOOD with registered office and management address Sofia, ul. „Lyastovitsa“ 13, UIC 203464132, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
II. Responsibility
1. Participants in the raffle are obliged to comply with these general terms and conditions and rules for participation in the Raffle („General Terms“). The General Terms are available for the entire period of the Raffle on the PC Build website: http://bit.ly/pcbuildbg_AsusROGnTUF_terms
2. „PSBUILD” EOOD reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms of the Raffle at its discretion, with changes taking effect after their publication on the PC Build website: http://bit.ly/pcbuildbg_AsusROGnTUF_terms
3. „PSBUILD” EOOD is responsible for the organization and conduct of the Raffle in accordance with these General Terms.
4. Each Participant in the Raffle is identified through the order of items made from the page http://bit.ly/asus_tuf_and_rog_campaign on the PC Build website. The Organizer is not responsible and does not owe any compensation and/or penalty to a Participant in the Raffle and/or a third party whose data has been used unlawfully by a Participant in the Raffle and/or a third party, regardless of whether the respective third party and/or Participant in the Raffle has given consent for this or not.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability or difficulties for certain individuals to participate in the Raffle due to technical reasons or any other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.
III. Period of the Raffle
1. The Raffle is held from 07.04.2021 to 15.05.2021 inclusive („Raffle Period“).
IV. Conditions for Participation in the Raffle
1. The Raffle is conducted in compliance with these General Terms.
2. By participating in the Raffle, each Participant explicitly declares that they are familiar with the General Terms, agree with them, and accept them.
3. Users who are at least 18 years old, as well as individuals aged 13 to 18 who, with parental consent, have made a purchase of items from the page http://bit.ly/asus_tuf_and_rog_campaign, are eligible to participate, fulfilling the following condition:
3.1. To enter the raffle for prizes, the Participant must have purchased at least two products from http://bit.ly/asus_tuf_and_rog_campaign during the period from 07.04.2021 to 15.04.2021.
3.2. By participating in the Raffle, Participants declare that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of their parent or guardian to participate in the Raffle. Participants give their explicit consent for their names, with which they registered the purchase, as well as their shortened first and last names, to be published on PC Build's profile in the Instagram app and to be included in an image that will be published on the Facebook and Instagram pages of PC Build, mentioned above, if they are determined to be winners in the Raffle.

3.3. Individuals who are employed under an employment relationship or are in another relationship with „PSBUILD” EOOD are not allowed to participate in the Raffle. Individuals working in stores or representatives of other companies providing goods and services on the territory of PC Build are not allowed to participate in the Raffle.
V. Prize
1. By participating in the Raffle, in accordance with these General Terms, six Participants have the opportunity to win one piece (a total of six pieces) of gaming mice - ASUS TUF Gaming M3 RGB Optical Gaming Mouse (http://bit.ly/asus_tuf_mouse), if the participant has purchased at least two products from the Asus TUF series available on the page http://bit.ly/asus_tuf_and_rog_campaign, or one Participant can win 1 piece of Asus ROG Asymmetry Windbreaker http://bit.ly/asus_windbreaker, if they have purchased at least two items from the Asus ROG series during the specified period in point III.
2. The prize is awarded to the winning Participant in accordance with and upon fulfillment of the conditions in point VII.1 below.
VI. Determining the Winning Participant and Receiving the Prize
1. The winning participants will be drawn on 17.05.2021
2. The shortened names of the winning Participants will be announced on PC Build's profiles in the Instagram and Facebook apps within 7 working days after the expiration of the Raffle period specified in point III.
3. PC Build will contact the winning Participants via email and/or phone number to notify them of winning the Prize. In case PC Build fails to contact the winners by phone, Participants should call +359 888 852 000 or contact the PC Build team via email [email protected] within 3 working days after their announcement, to clarify the details for receiving their prize.
4. The winning Participants must, within 3 working days, provide their full name, phone number, delivery address, and other data if necessary, for the purpose of delivering their prize.
VII. Mechanism for Determining the Winner
1. The Winning Participants will be selected at random from the list of Participants who have met the current conditions.
VIII. Procedure for claiming, verifying, and receiving the Prize
1. The Prizes will be sent and delivered to an address specified by the winning participant, or to the PC Build store in Sofia at 37 Maragidik Street, from where Participants will be able to collect them, within two weeks from the date of announcement of the winning Participants, according to point VI.2 above. The winning Participants receive the Prize upon signing a receipt protocol, under the following conditions:
1.1. Participants must claim their Prize within the period specified in point VIII.1;
1.2. Participants must provide a valid identification document, the details of which must match the information that PC Build has regarding the Lottery. In case a winning Participant cannot personally collect their Prize, it may be collected by a person expressly authorized by them for this purpose with a notarized power of attorney.
2. In case a winning Participant does not appear to collect their Prize within the period specified in point VIII.1 above, as well as in case of non-compliance with the conditions in point IV.3, point IV.5, or point VI.3 above, the Participant has no right to receive the Prize. In this case, the Organizer bears no responsibility for the non-provision of the Prize, nor for compensating the withdrawn Participant who has not received their Prize due to the application of this point VIII.2. The consequences specified in this point VIII.2 also apply in case the Participant is sought by PC Build and/or a person authorized by them, but cannot be found and/or does not provide the requested information within the period specified in point VI.3. The Organizer is not responsible in case the Participant has provided invalid, incomplete, or inaccurate contact information. In these cases, a new winning Participant may be drawn in accordance with these General Terms.
IX. Exclusion from the Lottery
1. Until the Prize is provided, Participants who:
1.1. have violated these General Terms in any way; and/or;
1.2. participate with false identity or on behalf of third parties, with or without their explicit knowledge, and/or;
1.3. publish offensive or obscene content on the social channels of PC Build will be excluded from the Lottery without notice.
X. Data Protection
1. In order to administer the Lottery, “PC BUILD” EOOD, UIC 203464132, as the administrator of personal data, may process personal data of the participants, names and email addresses of the Participants according to their orders, with which the Participants are identified according to point II, 4 above; names, phone numbers, and emails of the winning Participants provided according to point VI.3 above.
XI. Termination of the Lottery
1. The Organizer has the right to terminate the Lottery at any time without prior notice in case of:
1.1. occurrence of technical reasons that prevent the conduct of the Lottery;
1.2. changes in the applicable legislation;
1.3. orders from competent state authorities;
1.4. occurrence of force majeure; or
1.5. other objective reasons leading to the Organizer's inability to ensure the overall organization and uninterrupted conduct of the Lottery.
2. In case the termination of the Lottery is directly or indirectly due to the actions of a Participant/Participants in the Lottery, the Organizer has the right to take all necessary legal and factual actions to recover the damages caused.
XII. Other
1. Any questions regarding the conduct and organization of the Lottery should be sent in writing to the following address: [email protected]. Complaints and reports regarding the Lottery can also be submitted to the same email address. Anonymous complaints and reports will not be considered by the Organizer.
XIII. Judicial Disputes
1. In case any provision of these General Terms is or becomes invalid or for any reason does not produce its effect, this will not affect the validity and effect of the remaining provisions of these General Terms.
2. The provisions of these General Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. Disputes between the Organizer of the Lottery and participants in the same are resolved by mutual agreement. In case it is impossible to reach such an agreement, the dispute is resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
