"Kryo" is a Greek word for "cold" – also found in the German word for "cryogenic engineering". Hence, this thermal paste is specifically created for cryogenic applications – for the true "Kryonauts" among "extreme overclockers". Kryonaut uses a special structure that prevents the drying process at temperatures up to 80° Celsius. This structure is also responsible for the nano-aluminum and zinc oxide particles included in the paste, for optimal mixing to compensate for the unevenness of the component (i.e., the processor) or radiator, thereby ensuring remarkable heat transfer.
