Gamemax IceBurg 240 Infinity Black Water Cooling Infinity Mirror ARGB

Gamemax IceBurg 240 Infinity Black is a liquid cooling solution with a 240 mm radiator, aimed at mid-range and more serious gaming and workstation configurations. It combines the classic 240 mm AIO format with an Infinity mirror and ARGB aesthetics, so you don't have to compromise on temperatures or the appearance of your case. The wide support for CPU sockets – from AM4 and AM5 to LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 – makes it a convenient choice for both current builds and future upgrades. If you're looking for a stable liquid solution without unnecessary marketing tricks, this is one of the practical options.

What you get

With a 240 mm radiator, you get enough surface area for effective heat dissipation from modern multi-core CPUs without resorting to bulkier 360 mm solutions. Liquid cooling means more flexible radiator placement in the case – usually at the front or top – and better control over airflow around the RAM and VRM area. The rich compatibility with sockets like AM4, AM5, LGA 1700, and LGA 1851 allows you to move it from an old build to a new one without searching for a new cooler. The Infinity mirror with ARGB lighting adds depth and a visual accent around the CPU, which easily integrates with the rest of the ARGB lighting in your system.

• Cooling type: Liquid – a closed AIO system that transfers heat from the CPU to a radiator with fans for more even cooling.
• 240 mm radiator – a good balance between cooling area and compatibility with most mid-tower cases, suitable for powerful gaming and workstation configurations.
• Support for AM4 and AM5 – covers modern AMD platforms, which is convenient if you're upgrading to a new Ryzen or planning a future upgrade.
• Support for LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 – ready for current and next-generation Intel processors, without the need for additional mounting kits.
• Wide compatibility with older sockets like AM3, FM2+, LGA 115x, and LGA 2011 – allows you to use it in older systems if you want to improve cooling without changing platforms.
• Infinity Mirror ARGB design – a visual effect with an "infinite" mirror and addressable lights that makes the area around the CPU the center of attention in a glass case.
• Manufacturer Gamemax – a brand focused on gaming and RGB builds, combining functionality and appearance at a reasonable price.

Who it is suitable for

It is suitable for gamers and enthusiasts who want more serious cooling than a standard air cooler and care about a clean, RGB-oriented build. It is also a good choice for working with more demanding applications – compiling, rendering, streaming – where stable CPU temperatures are key. If you're aiming for maximum overclocking or extreme configurations with the highest TDP, it might make sense to look at larger radiators, but for mainstream mid/high-end builds, 240 mm is perfectly adequate.

The most sensible aspect of this model is the combination of 240 mm liquid cooling, wide socket support, and Infinity mirror ARGB aesthetics. You get a cooler that is both practical for long-term use and visually striking for a modern glass case.
