Registration and Identification

The Merchant identifies the Users of the site by storing log files on the Site's server.

The Merchant is entitled to collect and use information concerning the Users on the basis of and for the purposes of performing the contract concluded with the User under general terms and conditions. The information by which the individual may be identified may include personal data specified in the general terms and conditions, as well as any other information that the individual provides voluntarily upon registration. The information also includes any other data that the User enters, uses or provides when using the services.

Only persons over 16 years of age may register on the site. Upon registration, the individual ticks a checkbox declaring that they have reached the age of 16.

The Merchant exercises due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the User that has become known to it in connection with the registration, except in cases of force majeure, fortuitous event or malicious acts by third parties.

In the registration form completed by the User upon registration, the Merchant indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of refusing to provide it.

The Merchant may disclose personal data to third parties only in the cases provided for by law and under the circumstances provided for by law, or after the express consent of the Users.

The User may register by completing the relevant electronic registration form, available in real time (on-line) on the Internet on the Merchant's site, and by expressing agreement with the General Terms and Conditions.

By clicking the virtual button labelled "Registration" or another analogous text, having the force of written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, whereby they declare that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, accept them and undertake to comply with them. The Merchant may store in the log files on its server the User's IP address, as well as any other information necessary to identify the User and reproduce their electronic statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the Internet on the Merchant's site in a manner that allows its storage and reproduction.

When completing the registration application, the User is obliged to provide complete and accurate data regarding their identity (for natural persons), legal status (for legal entities) and the other data required by the Merchant's electronic form, and to update them within 7 (seven) days of any change thereto. The User declares that they agree to provide the personal data thus required, whereby they warrant that the data they provide during the registration process are true, complete and accurate, and that upon any change of the latter they will update them in a timely manner. In the event that inaccurate data is provided, the Merchant is entitled to terminate or immediately suspend, without prior notice, the provision of the services, as well as the maintenance of the User's registration.

Upon registration, the User receives a unique username, which may also be the email address specified by the User or user data from social networks or identification services by third parties, as well as a password for access to the services available through the website.

The User may manage their user profile on the site. Through their profile.

The username with which the User registers grants them no rights other than those expressly specified in these terms and conditions.

A person registering in the capacity of a representative of a legal entity is obliged to enter their full name and address, respectively the name of the legal entity they represent.

The User is obliged to exercise all care and take the necessary measures reasonably required in order to safeguard their password, as well as not to disclose their password to third parties and to notify the Merchant immediately in the event of unauthorised access, as well as where there is a likelihood or suspicion thereof. The User bears the responsibility and the risk for safeguarding their password, as well as for all actions carried out by them or by a third party through the use of their password.
