With our transport in Sofia: 5 € for orders over 1 000 € — only for addresses within the Ring Road, from Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 16:30. We will contact you for a day and time; cash payment to the driver without a fee for cash on delivery or in advance.
Cash-on-delivery fee: A fee is charged on the order value when paying by cash on delivery — 1,5% for delivery with Speedy, 1,59% for delivery with Econt (postal money transfer) and 1% for delivery to a BOX NOW machine (payment only by card via a link from BOX NOW), shown at checkout.
Delivery to a BOX NOW locker — you pick a locker at checkout (map or address search) and the unlock code arrives by SMS/Viber on the mobile number you provide.
Timing: up to 24 h for Sofia and up to 48 h for the rest of the country after handover to the courier, Monday to Saturday. The parcel stays in the locker for 48 hours, then returns to us. Available for orders up to €409 and 20 kg that fit in a compartment.
With cash on delivery, payment is by card only via a link from BOX NOW — no cash at the locker. Locker delivery is currently free.

In case of emergency circumstances, the merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery time, while promptly informing the consumer.
Delivery Conditions
- Ordered goods are delivered against a signature.
- Larger shipments, when using a courier service, are delivered to the entrance of the building.
- The user is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and to immediately inform of any discrepancies, shortages, or damages found. If no report is made, it is assumed that the delivery is accepted without objections.
Responsibility: The merchant is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order in case of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data provided, or a fictitious/inaccurate address or phone number.
