Rules for publishing user reviews and ratings
1. General provisions
Every user of the Site has the opportunity to publish an opinion and rating for the products offered, as well as to view the reviews published by other users.
PCBUILD.BG publishes both positive and negative opinions, provided that they comply with these rules. The publication of ratings is not influenced by commercial relationships, sponsorships or external partners.
2. Ratings from confirmed orders
Every user may leave a review for a product, regardless of whether they have purchased the item from the Site.
Ratings marked with the label “Confirmed order” are published by users for whom the system has established a successfully completed purchase of the respective product through PCBUILD.BG.
The verification is carried out automatically by comparing the e-mail address used when publishing the review with the e-mail address from a completed order for the same product.
3. Submitting a review
Users may publish an opinion via the review form on the product page of the respective item.
When submitting a rating, the user provides a name and a valid e-mail address. If they are logged into their customer account, the data from the account is used.
By clicking the “Add review” button, the user confirms that they accept these terms. Once submitted, the review cannot be edited by its author.
4. Formation of the rating
Each rating contains:
a rating from 1 to 5 stars;
a written opinion about the product.
The overall product rating is formed automatically as the arithmetic mean of all published ratings and is updated with each new review.
5. Content requirements
Before publication, every review undergoes verification by an administrator.
Ratings that meet the following criteria are not published:
are not written in Bulgarian;
are not related to the specific product;
contain advertising, links or information about other merchants;
contain personal data, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or external websites;
contain offensive, obscene, discriminatory or aggressive content;
damage the good name and reputation of PCBUILD.BG.
6. Responsibility for the content
The opinions published express the personal position of the respective user.
PCBUILD.BG bears no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability or content of the published ratings.
The user bears full responsibility for the content submitted by them.
7. User declarations
By submitting a review, the user declares that:
they are the author of the content;
the information provided is accurate;
the content does not infringe the rights of third parties;
they are 18 years of age or older.
8. Prohibited content
The publication of content that meets the following criteria is not permitted:
is false or misleading;
infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
contravenes Bulgarian legislation;
contains threats, insults, hate speech or discrimination;
contains viruses or other malicious software.
9. Right to moderation
PCBUILD.BG has the right, at its own discretion:
to refuse to publish a review;
to remove already published content;
to edit or shorten content that does not comply with these rules.
10. Rights to use the content
By submitting a review, the user grants PCBUILD.BG the free right to use, publish, reproduce and distribute the content without limitation in time and without additional remuneration.
11. Contact with the user
By providing an e-mail address when publishing a rating, the user consents to PCBUILD.BG using this address to make contact regarding the submitted review or administrative matters related to it.
