Terms of Out-of-Warranty Service

Dear customers, in order to provide quality and efficient out-of-warranty service for your device, please review our Terms of Out-of-Warranty Service:

1. General Terms

- Devices and components must be handed in to the service centre only by the owner or an authorised person.
- For out-of-warranty service, the customer bears all costs for diagnostics, repair and spare parts.
- The service centre reserves the right to refuse to service devices with severe damage, in an unrecoverable condition, or if no spare parts are available.

2. Preparing the Device for Handover

- Clean the device before handing it in.
- Make a backup of your important data, as the service centre is not responsible for any loss of information.
- Gather all accessories required for diagnostics (chargers, cables, etc.).

3. Description of the Problem

- When handing in the device, please describe the problem in detail:
- When did it start?
- What are the symptoms (e.g. it does not turn on, runs slowly, makes an unusual noise)?
- Have you made any attempts to resolve the problem on your own?
- If the problem occurs intermittently, please indicate its frequency and the conditions.

4. Diagnostics of the Device

- Diagnostics is mandatory and is carried out before any repair begins.
- After the diagnostics you will be provided with information about:
- The condition of the device.
- The necessary repairs and spare parts.
- The expected price and time frame for the repair.

5. Repair Terms

- The repair will begin only after the customer approves the quote provided.
- If the repair is declined, the device may be returned without any further action being taken, but the diagnostics fee remains due.
- The service centre uses only original or compatible spare parts, ensuring quality workmanship.

6. Service Time Frames

The repair time depends on:
- The complexity of the problem.
- The availability of spare parts.
- The average time frame for an out-of-warranty repair is up to 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers will be notified of any change to the time frame.

7. Collecting the Device

- Once the repair is completed, the customer will be notified that the device is ready.
- Upon collection, the customer must:
- Present a copy of the intake protocol.
- Inspect the device and confirm that it is in accordance with the agreed repair.

8. Repair Warranty

- A 30-day warranty is provided for the repairs carried out and the parts replaced (or in accordance with the applicable terms), unless otherwise specified.
- The repair warranty covers only the problem that was resolved and the spare parts used.

9. Limitations of the Service

The service centre is not responsible for:
- Data lost during the repair.
- Damage caused by improper use after the repair.
- Devices with unauthorised modifications or missing parts may not be eligible for repair.

10. Payment Terms
