Important: The right of contract withdrawal (14 days under Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act) applies only to goods in unchanged condition, without a defect or damage. If the purchased goods have a confirmed fault or manufacturing defect, they cannot be returned via this form — you should use the warranty service form (RMA). Claims submitted via this form for damaged goods will be rejected.

Return conditions

Products that meet the return conditions and were purchased online from pcbuild.bg can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer or by a third party, without stating a reason and without any compensation or penalty.

To keep the original packaging and the complete set of the received product — boxes, manuals, plastic wraps, bags, and everything that comes with the product.

The returned product must be free of signs of use, without scratches, without signs of impact, and with all protective coverings that the product had upon receipt.

The original packaging, all booklets and documents, including ownership documents, must be intact, not scratched or damaged.

When purchasing multiple identical products, the return of only 1 unpackaged product is allowed. The others will be accepted only if all boxes/packages are sealed and their integrity is not damaged.

The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the buyer.

Any type of headphones that are inserted into the ear canal and have been unsealed.
Printers and all kinds of printing devices, if their consumables have been unwrapped.
Special orders — an order for a product that is not available at pcbuild.bg and will be specially ordered for the buyer. The buyer is informed in advance that the product is a special order and the return conditions do not apply to it.
Paid amounts for services that have already been consumed — repair, software installation, purchased additional warranties.
Shipping costs, payment fees, and cash on delivery (when returning equipment, the shipping costs, payment fees, or cash on delivery paid by the buyer during the purchase are not refunded).
Goods that are not in their original packaging or are missing parts from it, as well as those with a damaged, erased, or torn serial number and/or warranty sticker.
Item with poor appearance and visible signs of use — scratches on the case, keyboard, screen, chargers, etc.
Video and audio recordings, computer programs, games, and other types of software in digital format (CD, DVD, download, activation codes, etc.).
Consumables (batteries, toners, office supplies, etc.) whose packaging has been opened.
Laptops and computers with pre-installed operating system, if it has been deleted and replaced with another.
Toshiba laptops with registered warranty "No matter what" and "Reliability"; Asus laptops with registered warranty "Reliability".
Items with registered original warranties in the manufacturer's system.
Products that have had the operating system or other programs changed, which were present at the time of product delivery.
Equipment protected by passwords entered by the user, or custom configured for user accounts, which prevents restoring the device to its original software state.

According to Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers do not have the right to return purchased goods when it concerns:

Delivery of goods made to the User's order or tailored to their individual requirements.
All computer configurations sold by PCBUILD, except for OEM computers.
Computer configurations configured by the customer through the PCBUILD configurator.
Custom computers with components selected by the customer, individually ordered components and subsequently assembled by PCBUILD with the explicit consent and permission of the customer, after paid service.
